Ultras Groups in Morocco: Cultural Resistance in the Era of Sports Globalization.

Brahim EZ-ZAHY is a researcher in the sociology of sport.  He is the founder and general coordinator of the Moroccan Association of Sociology of Sport. His research focuses on the intersection of mega sporting events, youth cultures, and collective identity formation in North Africa, with a particular interest in football fan culture and ultras movements. Brahim is currently enrolled in the PhD program in the Department of Sociology at the University of Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdallah, Fès-Morocco. He has coordinated numerous academic seminars on the sociology of sport. His work combines theoretical depth with practical engagement, bridging scholarly analysis and field-based initiatives
